My friends laughed at themselves, and finally got a little free time. I wanted to "Zen", so I went to meditate, copy the Heart Sutra, burn incense and live slowly, go to Tibet, wabi sabi... There are so many, at least few desires, not much thinking, so let's say goodbye to the troubles for a while. After finishing, the friend returned to reality to suffer and think more. If you really want to be happy, don't you have to Floating World LOGOUT? Beg to leave home? Before becoming a monk, Master Chang Lin was a well-known photographer. At first, I thought that the monks should be washed away, so I gave up all the photographic equipment and treasures over the years, and photography was like parting from love. However, after asking Master for advice, photography can benefit all beings and relieve their worries, so I don't insist on giving up and renounced love. There is no need to distinguish which one is good and which one is bad...it's as natural as breathing, no need to think, just follow the feeling, and record it.
Now, when Master Chang Lin shoots, he always follows his heart and feelings, and thinks that the craftsmanship is ingenious. Too much, and it hinders the creation. The selection of the scene is not a check-in resort in the eyes of others. According number list to the fate, Master Chang Lin will go to the streets, the ruins, the places where the water drops... When encountering ordinary and humble "stains", under the camera, there are extraordinary works of art. "...As long as the scenery in your heart is beautiful, whatever you look at is beautiful." The so-called clean, dirty, likes and dislikes, etc., are just some concepts. Once you let them go, there will be scenery. The beauty of the landscape, "in the invisible part". Master Chang Lin likes backlit photos, which seem to be more three-dimensional, which is like a life of adversity. Who has no worries in life? I'm just afraid that if I develop a habit, everything, no matter how big or small, is labeled as "trouble", and I'm asking for trouble.
Where is Famen? When encountering troubles, Master Chang Lin suggested that the easiest way for ordinary people is to "stop for a while and breathe with your heart". When you are aware that your emotions are coming, you can feel the breath. You can also try the abdominal "deep" breathing. It is calm and not deliberate, and you need to practice a lot on a daily basis. Walking on weekdays, the Master not only feels the breath at every step, but also notices the feeling on the soles of the feet. Persistently, he will naturally let go of his thinking, and the world will be different. "The green water is worry-free, but the face is wrinkled by the wind. The green mountains are not old, but the snow is white." Those who are afraid of getting old are people who watch mountains. Not a monk, Zou Mingle (Ale) and a group of fellow practitioners, in a private room in the factory building, also have their own way of solving worries. They meet regularly to learn mindful breathing and meditation.
